This is oxtail stew that I made during one weekend. Oxtail stew is one of my favorite kinds of stew. I remember my father use to make it when I was a kid and it was really good. My oxtail stew is not as good as what my father use to make but I never learned his recipe. This stew I made is not just oxtail I also added lamb because I wanted more meat in my stew.
